Pizza was dry, dining area dirty & worn looking. The cashier / greeter was super friendly though.

Even though it was rush hour and a lot of people, it was a great experience. When you go around 5 or 6 pm and more people, the pizza is a lot fresher. 4 adults was $35 even. Not bad for all you can eat pizza. They still have fresh pizza any other time of day. It just seems fresher because more people eating. I loved the woman putting out pizzas. When she had a buffalo chicken pizza come out, she would scream out, "it's hot and kickin. It's a buffalo chicken." She had like 4 come up in a 20 min time. And to hear this just made me and my family laugh. Love this place.

When we first got their food was old salad bar had nothing really for a salad cheese sauce an red sauce for Noddles was old could but we've been several times before an it was good!

It is a cicis pizza. They are cheap pizza buffet. Not the best nor the worst pizza. Great if you are looking for decent quantity over quality in pizza.

Not the best pizza bread per say. But great toppings and full buffet and you can order anything you want for the buffet or for your table. Also download the app for sometimes B1G1 free buffets mainly during holidays. Also If you go often enough hou can take pictures of your receipts and like every 5th one you get a free buffet. Also, only like 6.50 without water.

Gosh I love cicis! Great selection, fresh food, always hot! Good prices as well. Building is outdated and needs some work. Staff seems to stand around and talk quite a bit, even when tables are dirty. Overall they seem to be friendly thou.

The kids like this place. Not one of my favorites at all.

There once before and it was good. Second time, we were there an hour before close & they were out of salad items, and desserts already?

It's great to go early in the morning. The pizza is fresh and there's hardly anyone there.

Good pizza but variety was lacking. Desserts were good.

Nice inexpensive buffet. Spinach pizza is the best. Soup and salad is good as well. They don't bring whole pizzas to your table anymore but will make sure whatever needs to be made is available at the bar. The cinnamon rolls are wonderful expecially right from the oven. 👍👍

Its all u can eat for a cheap price and games for kids to play

The pizza was fresh while my family was there. The employees were friendly and the place was clean. There just weren't as many options as i would have liked. Other than that the place is great.

The cleanliness of the place is atrocious. Had to wipe a table down cause there were none clean,pizza crust and other debris all in the floor. 5 employees behind tending to the bar that where there didnt need to be two one of the could have pick up a broom and wiped a table. Seems to be poorly managed

Great bang for your buck! Pizza has improved greatly since they remodeled a while back. Clean, well stocked pizza and salad bar!

Required mask, have health issues, can’t wear mask, would not bring good to us or serve us, employee was not wearing mask when we entered then put it on to tell me this. Was here at 07/30/2020 at 3pm

Game room could be better but my kid likes it more than McDonald's

They dont put sauce on their pizzas! And yeah the buffet is like 3.99 But they charge like 5 dollars for a drink !!!

My boyfriend and I showed up 30 minutes before closing and we were so surprised at the fantastic customer service . The general Manager rung up our total and right after she took the initiative and asked us what fresh pizza we wanted. When we left she asked if we got full and how everything tasted. I made this review in hopes she gets recognized for her putting customers first . Most businesses don’t give that kind of service 100% from open to close. Thank you for being so kind and I hope you have a fantastic thanksgiving week!

The bar is full of fresh pizza. The staff is super nice and the place is clean!

Had a great lunch and good dessert. It was a good experience. Servers kept fresh pizza on the bar and friendly service. Sweet tea is good too. Dining areas were clean.

Drink machine was a mess, ice everywhere and drinks tasted horrible. Need to figure out how to mix the carbonation. The pizzas were all coming at once & disappearing immediately. Again, need to space out pizzas more to keep enough for people to keep the lines moving. This was late afternoon on Saturday & it was extremely busy. On a positive note the food was really good, salad bar was well stocked and the pizza was good when you were able to get a slice or two. The employees were pleasant and friendly. Just need to work on a few things and it will definitely be good

The value cannot be matched. Unlimited Basic salad bar & pasta plus pretty good pizza and 3 tasty desert options are a fantastic bargain especially for a really hungry family with kids. You have to admire the people who work here---the pace is speedy and they are never standing around or not racing to help a customer/replenish the buffet.

The mac and cheese pizza lacked cheese and was very dry and the apple pizza was gone the whole time we were there. But other than that it was pretty good.

The best bargain anywhere on food especially pizza. Can get real busy during popular hours.

I haven't been here in a while, and I was very disappointed. I eat vegetarian and so the choices are limited. The spinach pizza had a really odd fishy taste. I couldn't eat it. The vegetable pizza was cold. The salad was ok...nothing special. I don't think that I will go back.

Pizza was pretty good as usual, but they were having a hard time keeping Pizza coming out with a half full restaurant.

It was horrible and the manager was rude to everyone including my wife and 13 yr old daughter. There was never pizza on the buffet it was like they couldn't keep up with the crowd they had. I will start going across town to pizza inn from now on I like them better anyway

Aside from the non English speaking kitchen staff, the service was excellent. The food fantastic, and although I do miss the $4.99 all you can eat $5.99 isn't terrible. Over $2.00 for what amounts to a small drink cup anywhere in the U.S. is pricey, but the experience in all was pleasurable and delicious.

The salad was amazing, and the price was a little high for my liking. But overall wasn't a bad experience. I would have loved to have seen more variety of pizza on the buffet, it was a lot of the same things just a different style. Supreme and Pepperoni should always be a must have on the buffet.

Pretty good food, selection was lacking. Apple dessert pizza never was on the bar. This is a staple to this company, why not have it available?

Cant say anything bad about this place. If you want a certain pizza, all you have to do is ask, and they will make it.

It was okay the pizza was kinda cold and hard like it had been sitting there for awhile but when they put a few ssh pizza on the bar it was good you had to make sure it ce out of the oven right then for it to be good over all it was okay

I went in to use there restroom and I swear they literally came in to the restroom and asked me to leave! I have never been treated so horribly in my life! I was dressed appropriately, but I guess because I have tattoos and piercings I wasnt welcome there. I wont be back, and I would strongly urge others not to also!

Rude Management. The guy who is in charge there doesn't know anything about customer service and was in fact extremely hostile with my family and I and discriminated against giving us services. It was our first time trying that place and we will never go back.

Salad bar was not filled or cleaned pizza was cheap tasting mariana sauce instead of pizza sauce i could tell their heart was not in it they were there for the paycheck WILL NOT be back

Food was good. Bathrooms needed cleaned. Asked for a personal pizza to be made and he put it on a silver tray and set it on top of the hot bar lights so the tray got hot. Had to grab pizza with my hands to put it on a plate because he didn't give me anything to get the pizza with.

Wow! What a change since I was last here. The restaurant was clean, pizza was wonderful, desserts warm and fresh.But the best surprise was the salad bar. The produce was not only fresh but very flavorful. The tomatoes were especially tasteful. Not cherry tomatoes, but fresh tomatoes cut into chunks. The cucumbers were the same. It was a great treat. Keep it up, Kingston Pike and I'll keep coming back.

Food wasn't great and the price keeps edging up. $6.29 for buffet now and you have to bus your own table. Cook staff seemed to love their job though!

Me and my husband arrived and stood for somebody to take our order for about 5 to 10 minutes. My husband had to walk back to the back door where the manager and workers were all talking at the back door. Then the food had been sitting out so long that it was looked like rubber and tasted so nasty especially the salad. The manager said as he refunded our money that all that was due to them not having enough workers.

Very good safety precautions. We ate in early afternoon and unfortunately some of the pizza had been there awhile. Friendly staff though
